i think that my seeds are not doing great right now they are not spouted yet but soon they will be and we will have a little plant. Just wanted to get u caught up on what we are doing ps groowing plants out of a bag.

so now we are really starting to see seed pods on our plants I have 25 seed pods on mine and we will have to harvest them soon and we will have to get the seeds out of them so the next class has seeds to plant with. I guess we are going to let them dry out so they die soon. I had a lot of fun in this unit for science and I would love to do it again!:):):)

So now my plants are starting to die witch really sucks but they are getting seed pods on them and they are getting pretty big although this is happening my plants are still dying i do not know if we are going to pollinate them anymore but i think that all this was really fun and i would love to do it again. I think that we all had fun with this!!!!!!!!!!!!:):):):):):):):):):):):):):)

 So after the weekend oh my gosh they got flowers on them and look awesome i can not explain how tall they are because i was in Colorado most of last week but just looking at them i can tell they have a lot of flowers on them in such a short period of time but i guess that explains there  name.

 As you can see me and my partner Tyler's plants now have flowers on them and our very tall i think that the extra fertilizer kicked in now and the my plant is getting very tall. I really love how good they are doing i did not think they were going to do that well at the beginning of this thing because they were not growing that well now that they hit there growth spurt as me and my partner Tyler say they are doing alot better

oh my gosh I am so excited my plants have shot  up so fast one of them is eight inches tall and the other are like 5 to 6 inches tall and we also got our bees ready to pollinate them. I am also excited because I leave to Colorado tomorrow! I hope when I get back that my plants will be huge and have flowers on them. I have to go to a wedding in Colorado to so that will be awesome!!:):):):)

March madness book wars

The last two weeks have been awesome we had this thing called the march madness book wars and you have to write an argumentative writing on a book that you pick and you have  will get graded by your friends with a rubric and you give them a score o each category from 1 to 5 points the highest score wins. So yesterday we finished it and i won it and i got got a free book from scholastic book fare and i got a free trip to the class store and i also got 2 coupons to for a free pizza from Caseys and from Mcdermotts yum!!:):):)

On day 16 the plants are growing way faster and flowers should be on them next week and it will be awesome to see  them when i get back from Denver  Colorado in two weeks i bet they will be huge!

So next week i am going to Colorado for a wedding and i will also see my cousin blade. He has been texting me on how much he cant wait to see me witch i cant wait to see him to. Also this week we have started this thing called the book wars and i got past the first round beating my friend eli. I beat him by 46 points so it was not close...lol. What we have to do is write an argumentive  writing on why our book is the best. I made it to the second round. Witch is very good if i make it another round i will be in the finale 5 and i will be very motivated to win. So i will make another post tomorrow and tell you what happened today in the book wars because we do it at the the end of the day.bye:)

so on day 13 my plants are are getting very tall one of them is 6 centimeters tall and the others are below 4 centimeters tall but they already have flower buds growing on them and soon we will have flowers. I think that when we pollinate them with the dead bees it will be discus-ting. We will soon have to raise the lights on them again we had to do it on day 12 but i was not here i was sick. I have 16 leaves on my plants and two buds so i will have two flowers so fare.

So after the weekend they grew a lot more in just two days. They are soon going to have flowers on them and will be huge. When they do get taller we will have to fertilize them with dead bees.

so on day 7 my plants have been doing very well sense day 1 and i am very happy with them. Now that we did some transplanting  they are doing way better. so i dont know what more to so bye.:):):):)

So on day 6 we had to do some transplanting with one of our plants. My plants are on the bottom left and they are growing pretty well. I dont have much to say today but i just wanted to tell u what happened on day five.

So on day 4 nothing much happened we had to pull a wick back down because it went up the whole in the container. So we had no watering system anymore but we fix it so it works now. i got some more leaves on my plants. I had three leaves now i have nine so that is a good thing. We will also have to do some transplanting with on of our plant because in it has two in and some have none. So we will take one plant and put it in an other sell. Now that you are caught up.

Wisconsin fast plants

Last Friday we planted our plants for science they are called Wisconsin fast plants mine on the top left did not grow as tall as my partner Tyler. Although my plant did not grow as tall as Tyler's. I think mine will grow more in the next week. I am the person called the experimental parson and Tyler is the control person he plants his plants by the normal rules i do it a little different. I chose to put more fertilizer in my plants. As you can see it made and affect on the plant it does not work as well. Me and Tyler were just talking about how it is just like food when you eat to much food you get sick. Well that is what we think happend it got sick. I think it will get better and grow a lot more than it did the first three days. This is the first time we have done something with plants this year and it is very very fun! Now that you know a little bit about what we are doing in school and science thank and have a nice day.

last week we got shirts for our guts club if you go to 7 tournaments in one year you get one.

 

so this week my sister Liana is coming back from isu wicth I dont really love iowa state but that is were she wanted to go for collage. I also have districts coming up to see if we can go to state for wrestling witch is really hard so I will have to work really hard. probably? maybe?
